Family Home Evening @ the BOM Exhibit

Since I wasn't able to go to the primary activity a couple of weeks ago, I've been wanting to take my family for FHE to the Children's History Museum to see the new exhibit so on Monday we finally planned it.  We thought it would be fun to invite our buds the Clark's and luckily they were able to join us!
The museum has made a new Book of Mormon exhibit and it was awesome.  The kids loved it; much improved since I was there last with Lydia.  It was very interactive!
They had a section where you dressed up and danced.  The girls' loved it!
And they really loved twirling their skirts around!

How many tortillas can you throw in the bucket?

Even Bird and Jake got in on the dance action!

It was a fun night learning about the BOM and all of its stories!  We had a race to the car and some Jamba Juice for dessert!  Thanks Clark's for hanging out with us for family night!  We love you guys and had a blast!

You guys had a blast! Love the girls wearing their Mexican skirts and dancing around. Very impressed that Jake got into the dancing and let you take a picture, maybe now that he found his groove we can do the dance game on the Wii? Hehe! We haven't been there in so long we will have to go, it looks like they have done a great job remodeling it. Jess throwing the tortilla, haha! What a funny game specially for a Mexican like myself. Such a neat idea for FHE.

Thanks for inviting our family and for enduring Lizzy's meltdown. I am so glad we went. That was a fun place to visit and the kids had a great time. I especially love that you captured Bird and Jake dancing. Precious picture of best friends together. We sure are lucky to live so close and spend so much time with you guys. You should feel honored that Bird likes to hang out with you guys :)
